ABOUT
Brian Buckman, the founder and CEO of Buckman Engineering, is a structural engineer and project manager with over 20 years of experience. He has successfully led teams of engineers in delivering technical solutions on a wide variety of complex bridge and marine projects. Brian’s bridge engineering experience includes girder, truss, arch, cable-stayed, suspension, bascule, vertical lift, swing, and floating bridges. He has designed bridges to carry trucks, trains, and pedestrians. Brian has demonstrated expertise in the design of marine structures including ferry transfer bridges, traditional piers, bulkheads, and fendering applications for both bridges and ferry terminals. He is proud to have served public and private clients across the country.
